The glorious oasis that is the Adelaide Botanic Gardens lies at the eastern end of North Terrace.
Relax under the shade of the century-old Moreton Bay fig trees, learn about bush tucker and native plants, bask in the conservatories and palm house and feed the ducks on the central lake.
There are many other beautiful parks and gardens throughout the city including The Parklands, Veale Gardens, Carrick Hill, Adelaide-Himeji Garden, Cummins House and Waite Arboretum.
