Wine & Food
Indulge in the superb wine and food

Relaxing, superb quality, and absolutely delicious - that’s how thousands of satisfied travelers have described Adelaide’s food and wine.
There are over 700 restaurants in Adelaide alone. Because Adelaide is in the heart of Australia’s wine growing region, you can choose the perfect compliment to any meal.
You’ll find entire streets devoted to dining. Stylish Rundle Street is given over to alfresco eating, especially Italian-style cafes. Gouger Street, home of the Adelaide Central Market, hosts great seafood and Asian cafes.

The National Wine Centre of Australia is a unique destination that will enhance your wine knowledge and enrich every glass of wine you taste. Situated in Adelaide’s Botanic Gardens, it’s just a 10-15 minute walk from most city hotels.
The Centre takes you on an interactive and educational wine making journey, from vine to glass, using the latest multi-media technology. Tasting packages provide an opportunity for you to taste wines from all over Australia.
Wine and other produce can be purchased from the Centre’s retail outlet.
