Fishy Fringe Festival
The Fishy Fringe Festival in Whyalla was established by local group Create Inc as a way to stimulate creative activity in the region. Now heading towards its sixth year, in 2009 around 7,000 people are expected to attend.
The Fringe and Festival encourages local groups, organisations and visual art workshops, writing workshops, cabaret, hip hop and dance. The Festival finishes with the Foreshore Fiesta featuring live music, creative art workshops, music sessions, roving acts and circus performers.
