Thermal Springs

Coward Springs, Flinders Ranges & Outback, South Australia

Regarded as a true oasis in the desert, natural artesian springs at Wabma Kadarbu Mound Springs Conservation Park are located six kilometres south east of Coward Springs on the Oodnadatta Track. A Desert Parks pass is required to visit the Park.

With over 70 thermal springs, Dalhousie Springs in Witjira National Park is Australia’s largest complex of artesian springs and they provide the perfect place to rejuvinate and refresh after a long day in the Outback.

Located on the edge of the Simpson Desert they are accessed coming south from the Northern Territory or heading north off the Oodnadatta Track.
