Kangaroo Island’s popular backpacker lodges and hostels have a reputation for clean and comfortable facilities.

Timber Creek Lodge
This Lodge is centrally located on Kangaroo Island, just ten minutes from the township of Parndana.

It is rated 3 star with two fully self-contained kitchens, three bathrooms, a recreation room and eight private bedrooms plus dormitories. All linen is supplied.

Ficifolia Lodge
Modern, self catering accommodation situated in the heart of Kangaroo Island at Parndana township. Close to Flinders Chase National Park, Seal Bay, Remarkable Rocks, Admirals Arch, the Lodge offers one and two bedroom units.

Laundry facilities and wireless broadband are also available.

Seal Bay Cabins
Seal Bay Cabins are situated on the South Coast Road, half an hour from Kingscote, and are the closest accommodation to Seal Bay National Park.

Set in a tranquil rural setting nestled amongst native gum trees and a winter lagoon, there are water birds, wild flowers and native animals on your doorstep depending on the season. The licensed Seal Bay Cafe and souvenir shop are also close by.

An ideal base for visiting Little Sahara, Kelly Hill Caves and Flinders Chase National Park and just 10 minutes drive to the fabulous Vivonne Bay beach for surfing and fishing.
