B&Bs and Cottages
Heritage B&B or cottage accommodation is a very popular choice when travelling around Kangaroo Island. A wide range of B&B’s are on offer from cliff top ocean view retreats to farmstay or wilderness cottages.
Self-contained B&Bs offer the opportunity to do your own cooking, although you’ll normally find breakfast provisions are left out for you to enjoy at your leisure.
Alternatively, hosted B&Bs provide a great opportunity to sample local South Australian hospitality, since you’ll often be staying in the proprietor’s home. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom but may share a common lounge and dining area, often enjoying meals with your hosts.
