Tour Down Under
Held 16 - 23 January 2011, the Santos Tour Down Under is a week-long cycling event, bringing the top UCI ProTour cycling teams to the streets of Adelaide and South Australia.
The Tour starts and finishes with exciting Adelaide street circuits, while stages 1 to 5 are held through out South Australia’s regions including the Barossa, Clare Valley, McLaren Vale, Fleurieu Peninsula and Adelaide Hills.
Not just a bike race, this is a festival of cycling with events ranging from a formal dinner and recreational ride, to a supporters club, expert day tours and prizes to win!

Mutual Community Challenge Tour, 21 January 2011
The Mutual Community Challenge Tour is the official recreational ride of the Santos Tour Down Under. Ride stage 4, departing only hours before the professionals’ official race start.
It is ideal for individuals or social, corporate and sporting teams looking for a challenge with a difference. There’s even a mini Challenge Tour for the kids!
Cost: Book before 31 July 2011 and receive the special Early bird price AUD$130 per person, and includes tour jersey, course guide book, lunch, refreshments and medical assistance/support.
Legends’ Night Dinner
The Santos Tour Down Under Legends’ Night Dinner rolls out the red carpet, giving fans the chance to dine with Lance Armstrong and other cycling legends. Hear about Armstrong’s return to cycling and find out his views on competing with his new team.
Cost: AUD$TBC per person, and include a three course meal, beverages and entertainment.
Club Tour - The Ultimate Supporters Club
Take your experience to the next level…..join the Club Tour, the Santos Tour Down Under’s official supporters club.
All members are offered exclusive VIP access to the event and exclusive Club Tour merchandise, plus a guided, behind the scenes tour of the Tour Village, a Club Tour Dinner in the Tour Village, access to the exclusive Club Tour viewing plaform (with catering and beverages) for the Cancer Council Helpline Classic and stage 6, and a 10% discount on Legends’ Night Dinner tickets.

Touring the Tour (stages 1, 2 and 4 only)
Join this exclusive full day tour and receive VIP coach transfers to the race start, the Skoda King of the Mountain challenge and the race finish, with commentary from a cycling expert. Plus, lunch and a Santos Tour Down Under cap.
Each day 6 lucky people will win the chance to walk through the team area at the start location, and another 2 lucky travellers will win a spot on the commentary platform at the finish location.
